Back-office automation for the brokerage company Cube Invest

Cube Invest, a brokerage company, required a fully automated back-office solution built from scratch. The existing system did not provide the necessary level of automation, leading to high labor costs and accounting errors.

Task

To automate the maximum number of back-office procedures for automatic internal accounting management, the solution includes automatic client report distribution and aims to minimize employee labor in operational tasks. It also provides for integration of the internal accounting system with the Central Bank of Armenia and integrates the standard 1C Rarus Back Office configuration with Cbonds.

Solution

A back-office automation system based on the standard 1C Rarus Back Office configuration was developed and implemented, complemented by a client portal (out-of-the-box solution). Integration with Cbonds was implemented to optimize accounting and reporting. Automatic client report distribution and integration with the Central Bank of Armenia were provided to ensure data synchronization.

Result

The project concluded with the successful implementation of an automated transaction and client accounting system. Development of the core functionality, from gathering business requirements to delivering the first software version, took four months. The new system significantly reduced back-office labor costs, improved accounting accuracy, and streamlined the report distribution process, enhancing the overall efficiency of the company’s operations.
