Development of agent and client portals for Gazprombank

Gazprombank faced the challenge of an outdated Client Portal, built on an old technology stack, which limited the ability to develop and enhance its functionality. The need to update the Client and Admin Portal included integration with external and internal services for onboarding, trading, and managing individual clients.

Task

The main challenge was to integrate the new solution with the bank’s internal platform (broker), which operates on a different technology stack. This required developing a solution that would ensure compatibility and efficient interaction between various systems.

Solution

To address the challenge, an integration solution was designed for each functionality, ensuring compatibility between the new Client Portal and the existing platform. A detailed analysis of the bank's system was conducted, and stakeholders were identified, enabling efficient integration planning. Continuous collaboration with business representatives was maintained to optimize and refine functional solutions based on practical experience. Additionally, a separate user action logging service with an intuitive admin interface was developed, improving control and management.

Result

The project implementation resulted in the creation of a modern and functional Client Portal for customers and administrators, which is integrated with the bank’s existing internal platform. This update improved operational efficiency, enhanced the customer experience, and ensured the system’s development in line with contemporary requirements.
