Automation of client onboarding and servicing for QBF

QBF (Broker) required a complete overhaul and automation of client onboarding and servicing processes. The existing system needed improvements, including updates to the client and employee portals, as well as the development and integration of a new web application and API for partners.

Task

It was essential to fully automate client onboarding and servicing processes, which included developing, testing, implementing, and supporting a new web application. Additionally, updates to the client and employee portals were required, along with API development for partners and the analysis and optimization of business processes. Furthermore, a dedicated portal was needed for clients, employees, agents, and the middle office, with integration of the new solution into internal systems.

Solution

An analysis of the current business processes was conducted, and a concept for a new web application for automating client onboarding and servicing was developed. The new web application, featuring an updated client and employee portal as well as middle office functionality, was developed and tested. An API for partners was created and implemented to enable integration with external systems. Integration of the new solution with existing internal systems was completed to ensure compatibility and process optimization.

Result

The project concluded with the successful implementation of a new web application, significantly enhancing client onboarding and servicing processes. The improved client portal and developed partner API strengthened interaction and integration with external systems. The automation and integration of new solutions boosted the overall efficiency and productivity of QBF’s business processes.
