QBF (Broker) required a complete overhaul and automation of client onboarding and servicing processes. The existing system needed improvements, including updates to the client and employee portals, as well as the development and integration of a new web application and API for partners.
Task
It was essential to fully automate client onboarding and servicing processes, which included developing, testing, implementing, and supporting a new web application. Additionally, updates to the client and employee portals were required, along with API development for partners and the analysis and optimization of business processes. Furthermore, a dedicated portal was needed for clients, employees, agents, and the middle office, with integration of the new solution into internal systems.
