UniStream Bank faced challenges in automating money transfers and payments through its payment system. The existing system relied on an unsupported and undocumented API, resulting in slow transfer processing speeds and unsatisfactory customer service. It was necessary to ensure compliance with legal requirements (115-FZ), improve user support, and provide uninterrupted service for banking payment agents.
Task
To develop a platform for automating the full cycle of money transfer and payment processing through the Unistream payment system that:
